Cambie Swift,
a South Shore Security employee since 1998, was recently promoted
to Patrol Supervisor. Cambie is excited about her new position,
which includes conducting officer and site inspections, as well
as supervising and coordinating multiple teams of security officers.
Cambie began
her career in security as a South Shore Security officer based at
NFPA in Quincy. Cambie enjoys interacting with many different types
of people during her workday. “Being able to connect with
friendly people as they arrive or leave the site is the best part
of my job.”
Throughout her
career at South Shore Security, Cambie has also provided security
coverage for celebrities, including comedian Al Franken, Senator
John McCain and author John Updike. This year, she had the honor
of being part of a team of officers working on the set of Trading
Spaces, when the television show filmed several episodes in
Massachusetts.
Cambie lives in Marshfield, where she enjoys rest and relaxation
during her free time. She is also a proud mother to her son, Curtis,
who will soon enter the United States Air Force. South Shore Security
congratulates Cambie on her hard work and enthusiasm!
