Adrian Isallari Assistant Supervisor, Worcester area
Adrian Isallari has worked for South Shore Security since 1999, when he first moved to the U.S. from his native Albania. He began his career with the company as a security officer in the
Worcester area, where he still works today, as an assistant supervisor. Adrian’s responsibilities include overseeing uniformed security officers at various locations throughout the region as well as emergency response tasks. In fact,
he recently played an instrumental role in the safe evacuation of residents during a building fire at a client site in Worcester. Adrian and his staff utilized their strong relationships with local police and fire departments to resolve
the incident quickly and safely.
Adrian’s professional experience enhances his current work at South Shore Security. A 1990 graduate of Tirana University’s College of Foreign Languages in Albania, he worked
on several international projects in Albania throughout the 1990’s. A few of these jobs included the League of Red Cross and the U.S. government-funded USAID/SARA project, where he held the position of MIS/Publications Specialist.
Adrian’s international experience also includes training in business and agri-business in Albania and the U.S. through the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
“I immediately felt welcome at South Shore Security and at home in Worcester,” Adrian said. “Coming from a different background and country, it was great to experience
the company’s support from day one.” Congratulations to Adrian Isallari on his continued success!
