David Bynoe has worked as a Security Officer for South Shore Security for almost six years. He currently works the night shift at NSTAR in Westwood and spends one night per week working
at the National Fire Protection Association. David independently performs a variety of tasks while on-duty, including: regular patrols; checking entrances; monitoring surveillance equipment and alarms and securing the safety of NSTAR employees.
David was formerly a self-employed certified mechanic before opting for a career change to the security field. He began as a security officer at Rutland Place. He then performed security
for INS before joining The South Shore Security team six years ago. In fact, David was the first security officer working on-site at NSTAR’s Westwood location, even before they officially opened.
His independent nature and friendly demeanor make David a perfect fit at South Shore Security. He enjoys the flexibility that his job provides, as well as the approachability of both his
teammates and the company executives. When asked about the difficulties of working late shifts, David replied, “I’m a pretty quiet person. I’ve always worked nights and enjoyed it.”
David is originally from Barbados and is a graduate of Barbados Polytechnic Institute. He also served for a short time in the Barbados military before moving to the U.S. A New England resident for almost 20 years, he currently lives in Randolph.
David’s interests include racing custom-made luxury cars, particularly Lamborghini’s.
All of us at South Shore Security would like to thank David for his consistent excellence on the job!
