Our screening process exceeds industry standards in an effort to attract only trustworthy and reliable personnel. The process includes conducting a complete background investigation through
the Massachusetts Criminal History Bureau -- an extensive internal background check for criminal history. In addition to pre-employment drug testing, personnel also undergo random, ongoing drug tests.
Background checks examine candidates' employment history, education and references (both personal and professional). South Shore Security candidates must also pass a multiple interview
process and a written aptitude test for literacy and verbal skills, in order to provide quality customer service for our clients.
While on-site, security personnel are required to exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, in appearance as well as in their interaction with the public.
Professional
Appearance
We at South Shore Security realize that a security professional is often the first person seen upon entering a client facility. As such, their appearance is equally as important as their demeanor. Clients may choose from a variety
of uniform styles to fit the needs of their facility, such as corporate, police and dress casual.
Customer
Service
Interpersonal communication is a vital part of a South Shore Security officer's job. Uniformed security professionals can expect to field customer inquiries, offer emergency assistance, and deal with a broad spectrum of people
everyday. Staff is offered personalized training in accordance with the unique challenges posed by their assigned site.
