As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure quality performance from our staff members, we have established an Internal Audit Unit (IAU). The IAU provides support services to South Shore Security staff and our clients for both routine and emergency purposes.

Internal Audit Unit (IAU)
The IAU team consists of seasoned, full-time patrol supervisors who make regular, unannounced site inspections at client facilities. They ensure that guards are providing quality security coverage, while complying with, or exceeding, standard operating procedures. The IAU conducts audits and examines and investigates all of the firm's personnel and operations.

The IAU features Mobile Patrol Supervisors who move between sites in marked security vehicles, providing site inspections and quality assurance audits of posted security officers at client facilities. These inspections take place a minimum of once every eight hours and include rating the officer's appearance/uniform, written shift/incident reports, job knowledge and emergency preparedness.

South Shore Security also offers Site Supervisors and Account Managers. These experienced senior-level security management executives are dedicated to meeting individual client's needs. With approximately one supervisor for every 12 security officers, South Shore Security guarantees quality client protection at all times.
