Monthly Management Reports and T-Traccs are value-added features that are a part of every proposal package.

Monthly Management Report (MMR)
This monthly report provides an itemized breakdown of all security-related incidents that have occurred at your facility. Occurrences are categorized and graphed for easy translation. Data compiled through South Shore Security's MMRs allows us to take proactive measures to plan offensively by forecasting possible future security needs for your facility.

T-Traccs
This telephone timekeeping system assures accurate billing for, and proper staffing of, South Shore Security guards at all times. Security officers check-in immediately upon arrival at their site by calling an 800 number, entering their 4-digit PIN number, and then a 3-digit PIN, which identifies their site location. South Shore Security is immediately notified if an officer has not checked in within 15 minutes of their appointed start-time.

Computerized Tour Systems
This system tracks and reports the patrols of security officers throughout their assigned facility. They carry a shock resistant, waterproof electronic Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) that is passed over data strips at various checkpoints. Every data strip contains a sealed magnetic tape that is imprinted with an individualized bar code. Information is transferred to a printer or computer through use of a Data Transfer Unit (DTU). This tour system documents and verifies that security personnel are actively completing their assigned rounds at each client site.
